Account Information
Email address, phone number, and display name provided during registration
Profile details you choose to provide: bio, city, company name, profile photo
Purchase receipts are sent to our server for validation with Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing necessary to provide the App's services: account management, vehicle listings, chat, bookings, and subscription management
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for access to your location, camera, microphone, photo library, calendar, and push notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time via your device settings
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for crash diagnostics and app stability improvements via Firebase Crashlytics, and for fraud prevention
4. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account
To display nearby auto markets based on your location
To enable communication between buyers and sellers via in-app chat
To process and manage vehicle bookings and reservations
To send push notifications about messages, bookings, listings, and updates
To process and validate in-app subscription purchases
To diagnose crashes and improve app stability
To store your favorites and provide offline access to viewed listings
To display maps and location-based content via Google Maps
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized access
Secure authentication via Firebase Auth
Certain data is also stored locally on your device, including authentication tokens, language preferences, and cached listings for offline access. This data remains on your device and is cleared when you log out or uninstall the App.
6. International Data Transfers
Your personal data is processed and stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers, which may be located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Google LLC complies with applicable data protection frameworks, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Firebase / Google Cloud Platform — for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, crash reporting, and push notifications
Google Maps Platform — location data is sent to Google Maps to render maps and display auto market locations
Apple / Google (In-App Purchases) — purchase receipts and transaction data are shared with Apple App Store or Google Play Store for subscription validation
Other users — your public profile name, company name, and listings are visible to other App users; chat messages are shared with conversation participants; contact details (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp) are visible if you choose to display them
Law enforcement — if required by applicable law
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
Your profile information and listings are removed
Chat messages are marked as deleted and removed from view (soft-deleted); message content may be retained in database records for a limited period before permanent deletion
Voice recordings are permanently deleted from storage
Booking records are anonymized
Crash logs are retained in anonymized form for up to 90 days
We may collect a reason for account deletion to improve our service
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and Ukrainian data protection law), you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Request restriction of processing
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent for location tracking, camera, microphone, or other permissions at any time via your device settings
Manage or cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EU/EEA users: your local Data Protection Authority; for Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych — UODO)

10. Children's Privacy
